The GoodFood is steadily researching into ways of producing more fresh and healthy products and controlling sanitation strictly and thoroughly.STEP. 01 : Washing
To produce best products, the GoodFood uses fruits and vegetable in season, harvested at the most delicious and fresh time. Strictly selected fruits and vegetables are cleanly washed before drying.STEP. 02 : Peeling
Inedible parts (ovary and skin) are removed from cleanly washed fruits and vegetables for drying.STEP. 03 : Cutting
In case of producing a chip-type product such as fruit or vegetable chips, fruits and vegetables are sliced as a thin chip shape. In case of other products excluding a chip-type, the cutting is omitted.STEP. 06 : Removing
After completing drying, the fruits and vegetables are removed from a pan.STEP. 05 : Freeze-Drying
Frozen fruits and vegetables are dried under vacuum below 1 torr for 20 hours or more.STEP. 04 : Quick Freezing
Sliced fruits and vegetables are quick-frozen below -35℃.STEP. 07 : Selection
Inspection and selection are performed according to a standard for each product.STEP. 08 : Metal Detection
It is confirmed whether any metal is present in a product.STEP. 09 : Packaging & Releasing
